was founded in 1993 by Guido Prato Previde who is the President of this
dynamic company.
Decathlon is providing training and consultancy interventions both to large organizations in the private sector operating on a worldwide market, and to public institutions undergoing rapid changes. Our clients are facing strategical and cultural changes where it is crucial that the transformations take place quickly and effectively generating the maximum of learning and commitment at all the levels. The training and consultancy services that Decathlon provides are aimed at enhancing and supporting the transformation of organizational culture and processes, and the development of individual competencies. Our interventions are designed to foster people's commitment and leadership, and group productivity and creativity. Within a national and international network, Decathlon is associate with the Occupational Research Centre, U.K., the Creative Problem Solving Group-Buffalo, U.S.A., and Celemi, Sweden. Throughout the network associates professional collaboration, research activities, and product development projects are carried out. |
