HISTORY
Decathlon Consulting-Human Qualities was founded in 1993 by Guido Prato Previde who is the President of this dynamic company. Decathlon is providing training and consultancy interventions both to large organizations in the private sector operating on a worldwide market, and to public institutions undergoing rapid changes.

MISSION
Our clients are facing strategical and cultural changes where it is crucial that the transformations take place quickly and effectively generate the maximum of learning and commitment at all the levels.
Decathlon designs and delivers interventions enhancing and facilitating:

Our aspiration is to unleash people's commitment and leadership, and group productivity and creativity. This leads to an improvement of both climate and performance indicators in order to accomplish company objectives.

APPROACH AND METHOD
Decathlon' s approach is tailored on the needs of the client; the interventions are customized so to produce impact on current situation. The people target of the interventions are managed as agents for change in accordance with the learning model. We use research-based methods for organizational audit and creative climate assessment and development, as well as tools for facilitating group processes and individual empowerment.

NETWORK
Decathlon Consulting is actively collaborating within a national and international network. Throughout the network associates professional collaboration, research activities, and product development projects are carried out.
Among the international network of collaboration, Decathlon is associate with the Occupational Research Centre, U.K., the Creative Problem Solving Group-Buffalo, U.S.A., Celemi, Sweden.

Since 2006, Decathlon Consulting is the Italian affiliate of RHR International, U.S.A.

Decathlon Consulting Quality System has been certified in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 by Quaser Istitute (Certificate n? K090).
